For example:

- Interdepartmental collaboration with the Feinstein Institute and the Office of Diversity and Outreach to facilitate discussion panels and special events throughout the year
- Collaborations with the Multi-Cultural Law Students Association, Association for Public Interest Law, The Democrats Society and other student organizations
- Blossoming relationships with the Rhode Island Bar Association, Lawyers for Equality And Diversity (LEAD), and Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders (GLAD)
- Organized responses to the military's Don't Ask Don't Tell policy
- Promoting school-wide awareness of National Coming Out Day
- Participation in World AIDS Day events and the Rhode Island AIDS Walk
